Roanna HarstadRoanna Harstad is an experienced yoga teacher who leads retreats in the UK and India. She has recently returned from India after a period of intense yoga study to continue her personal and professional development.

She is confident, friendly, enthusiastic and energetic, and is passionate about yoga and the emancipation its teachings enable. She promotes a deep sense of calm and motivation in all her students.
