Group roomThe Martinsell Centre is the perfect location to stage your event or course.

Set in a tranquil countryside environment yet only an hour from London, the centre offers flexible facilities to suit requirements ranging from corporate seminars to holistic retreats.

The Martinsell Centre can accommodate up to seated 40 attendees in its large group room, which is equally suitable for yoga, meditation or other activities.

In the summer months we are also able to erect a marquee in the garden which can be used for larger group events and in conjunction with the main buildings if required.

Accommodation

Main houseWe offer four self-contained apartments with self-catering facilities as well as additional accommodation in the main house.

We are able to cater for vegetarian, vegan or raw food diets on request.

There is also excellent additional local accommodation both on the doorstep at our local inn, The White Hart, as well as in nearby Pewsey and Marlborough.

HorsesThe Martinsell Centre is located close to the historic town of Marlborough in the ancient Vale of the White Horse.

Savernake Forest, the Kennet and Avon Canal and the beautiful West Woods, as well as the world-famous Neolithic complex at Avebury, including Silbury Hill and West Kennet Long Barrow, are all nearby.

The Martinsell Centre is a venue with the most exquisite ambience, set in its own serene grounds. The training room, accommodation and level of service offered is superb for any kind of learning, training or meetings where you want something out of the ordinary, away from the pressure of everyday life. We needed to use the centre for a two and a half day residential deep-learning event based on the particular psychometric tool we use. Nicola helped us plan everything in intricate detail, down to a candlelit dinner on the last evening. Although the atmosphere was relaxed, everything worked like clockwork. The Martinsell Centre is quite simply a supremely beautiful venue.
