Life Coaching Training
A fifteen day course over five week-ends led by Nicola Merton-Richards:
- February : Tues 28th – Sun 4th March
- March : Fri 16th – Sun 18th
- March : Fri 30th – Sun 1st April
- April : Fri 20th – Sun 22nd
£1,650 or £1,500 if paid six weeks in advance.
Once trained as an NLP Life Coach you will learn about:
- personal relationships
- developing self-confidence
- workplace relationships
- career or business matters
- eliminating fears, doubts, guilt and worry
- overcoming feelings of failure
- enhancing latent skills and talents
- acquiring and sustaining motivation
- improving rapport with others
- coach people effectively and help other

Introduction to life coaching
Life coaching explores ways of changing what we are doing or how we are doing it in order to achieve better results.
It is about helping people to identify where they are now, where they want to be and how to get there.
Life coaching uses multiple methods that help with the process of setting personal goals and then staying on track to achieve those goals.
It is a holistic approach which considers the mental, physical and spiritual aspects of a client’s life and situation.
Life coaching is generally sought by individuals who feel that they have lost their sense of direction or are out of balance, and who recognise a need to address their situation.

Accreditation and qualification
The Martinsell Centre life coaching training is accredited alongside our NLP training by the International NLP Trainers Association (INLPTA).
All our course graduates are eligible for INLPTA membership which brings worldwide recognition and career opportunities as well as members-only benefits such as professional indemnity insurance cover.
Life coaching training graduates also automatically qualify as NLP practitioners, offering additional career opportunities.

The scenic beauty of the Martinsell Centre provided a calm yet stimulating environment that fostered learning at more levels than I’d perhaps anticipated when I first enrolled for the NLP practitioner programme.
