Woodpecker is named after the pair of green woodpeckers that grace lawn outside of the apartment.
Woodpecker is warm light, airy and newly decorated. A spacious open plan kitchenette/sitting room with a dining area.
A comfy sofa with a soft cosy warm rug invites a relaxing space to unwind, read or watch the flat screen combi smart tv. Relax with a DVD from the included selection or bring your own favourites! The dining area offers room to enjoy a sit down meal or space to spread out and catch up with the office through the included wifi connection.
The fully equipped kitchenette boasts a modern full size fan assisted oven/grill with twin ceramic hob, fridge, kettle and toaster. A delight to cook any meal in. Tea, coffee, sugar & a jug of milk along with salt and pepper are all supplied.
The twin bed room is a cosy and comfortable room overlooking the south facing garden. Snuggle down under the warm thick duvet for a good night of deep sleep.
Enjoy a hot shower in natural well water in our tiled shower room, with an enclosed electric shower, basin and mirrored cupboard, soft fluffy towels, flannels & a hair dryer are also supplied.
Separate w.c with wash basin.
A comfortable sprung guest bed & bedding is also provided.
Tiled underfloor heating throughout.
